Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026.
Draft pending legal review. The data retention period still needs confirming (we've left a common default, marked in amber, until it's confirmed). Legal counsel should review this text before it's treated as final.
1. Data controller
- Controller: Liftads S.L.
- Tax ID (NIF): B02947927
- Address: Carrer de Pedro i Pons, 9-11, Barcelona, Spain
- Contact: legal@liftads.es
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name and email address, and optionally your company, market of interest and a description of the challenge you're bringing to us. We do not collect special categories of data or use the form to build profiles.
3. Why we use it
Data is used only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the business conversation that follows from it. We don't use it to send marketing unrelated to that conversation unless you separately authorise us to.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give by checking the form's box, under Article 6.1(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and on taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request when the enquiry leads to a service proposal.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for [PROPOSED, TO CONFIRM: 24 months] from the last contact, or until you request its deletion. Where the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, the retention periods required by commercial and tax law apply instead.
6. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. It may be processed by the technology providers that serve LiftAds, such as the email provider and the form submission service, who act as data processors under signed contracts and, where relevant, with appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to legal@liftads.es, proving your identity. You can also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.
If you believe processing does not comply with the law, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to see how many visits it gets and to which pages, in aggregate and anonymised form. This tool doesn't use cookies or identify individual people, so it doesn't require prior consent. Beyond this, the site only loads fonts served by Google Fonts, needed to display the page. If a tool that does use cookies is added in future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested before it's activated.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration, including encrypting the site via HTTPS.
